To enter the website, first click on the following link :

If it’s your first connexion, then click on the link above, then choose « Compte invité » (invited account), you will receive immediately a login and a password via an email entitled "GDRE Login". Please use them to connect.
STEPS FOR YOUR FIRST CONNEXION
1) Click on the link LOGIN
2) Choose « Compte invité » (invited account), and click on « login ».
3) Create an account then add your contact details
4) Validate by the green button V
5) Deconnect
6) You will immediately received an e-mail with your login and password
